After many years of neglecting my dental health, I found myself needing extensive dental work. Earlier this month, I went in for my initial consultation with Dr. Tina Heydari. She took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood what to expect. Her friendly approach immediately put me at ease. I am extremely nervous when it comes to dental visits, but Dr. Heydari did everything she could to help me feel comfortable. By the end of the appointment, I actually felt bad that I didn't shake her hand—but my palms were so sweaty from anxiety! That's how nervous I get at the dentist. Last week, I returned for my first treatment, and everything went very smoothly. Jennifer at the front desk was also incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcome and well cared for.
